Texas started the day under a moderate risk of severe weather. Earlier this afternoon they were placed under a PDS Tornado Watch. Within the last hour cells supercells have matured and three have gone into rotation in the Abilene area. The San Angelo, TX NWS has issued three separate tornado warnings. This is just the start of several days of severe weather and tornadoes across the Midwest and South.
