As of noon, at least 48 people have died. Twenty-four people were killed in Tennessee, 13 in Arkansas, seven in Kentucky and four in Alabama, according to the AP. Among the victims were Arkansas parents who died with their 11-year-old daughter in Atkins, a community of about 3,000 approximately 60 miles northwest of Little Rock.
