THIS IS ANUPGRADE FROM THE PREVIOUS WIND ADVISORY. STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE INTO THE 30 TO 40 MPHRANGE BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING…WITH GUSTS OVER 55 MPHPOSSIBLE AT TIMES.
