My sons and I had a really good time Saturday eating lunch with Meteorologist Jason Simpson of ABC 33/40 in Birmingham. We had planned on Going to Johnny's BBQ in Cullman but they were closed. Jason suggested the Roadhouse BBQ in Dodge City. It was good and I enjoyed trying spoon bread for the first time.

Yes! It was good. Basically it was cornbread with the consistency of pudding.
